Garden Salad
Mixed greens and romaine lettuce with grape tomato, stripped cucumber, bell pepper, mushroom, cucumber, string carrot, sunflower seeds - balsamic vinegar, olive oil, brewers yeast and a blend of herbs

Caesar
Fresh cut romaine lettuce topped with seasoned croutons, parmesan cheese, tomatoes, and red onion. Dressing is lightly applied with extra on the side. – with or without vegetarian chicken

Fruit Salad
Sliced seasonal fruit including cantaloupe, honeydew, apples, oranges, grapes, strawberries, berries, and kiwi.

Seitan/Protein Cutlets – breaded gluten cutlet fried golden. Served with mashed potatoes, veggies, and brown gravy

Soy Drumsticks - veggie protein drumsticks marinated and grilled in barbeque sauce. Served with mashed potatoes, veggies, & brown gravy

SANDWICH PLATTER (served on your choice of pita pockets, tortilla wraps, bread, or rolls)

Mock Deli Sandwich: Delicious mock "turkey", "ham", "smoked turkey", and more with leaf lettuce and tomato and served on a variety of vegan friendly breads with dairy-free "cheese".

Vegan "Chicken" Salad Sandwich: Delicious mock "chicken" salad made with vegenaise.  (one of our favorites)

Veggie Sandwich: Roasted red peppers, zucchini, squash, baby spinach, sprouts, tomato and hummus served on a variety of pita pockets, tortilla wraps, bread, or rolls.

Eggless “tofu” Salad:  Chopped tofu, celery, green onions, parsley with Dijon mustard and veganaise

PLATTERS

Veggie Platter: Fresh, seasonal, raw vegetables served with our homemade hummus and two of our house dressings for dipping.

Fresh Fruit & Yogurt Platter:  Fresh seasonal fruit with vanilla soy yogurt for dipping.
